Fruit Products

This section includes fruit products in various forms:

Freeze dried - These fruits are frozen in the process of extracting moisture from them and supplied at an ambient temperature. Freeze drying removes water not flavour and preserves vitamin and nutritional content for use all year round for use as decorations or inclusions.

Fruit Purees - Ready to use fruit puree, freeze thaw stable, supplied in 1L pouches. The fruit taste and colour is preserved by gentle processing, and can be used straight from the pouch. These are stored at an ambient temperature and are free from artificial flavouring, colouring and preservatives. Great for adding a natural fruit flavour to your ganache.
